Forgiveness isn't always easy, but it's a powerful way to move forward and let go of negative emotions. When we forgive, we release ourselves from the burden of anger, resentment, and hurt. It doesn't mean we forget what happened or that we condone bad behavior, but it does mean that we choose to let go of the pain and move forward with grace and compassion.

MOST of the time we focus on trying to forgive those that have hurt us. But in my observation and experience, the pain won't really begin to subside until we take the time to forgive ourselves! Without taking this final step toward forgiveness we tend to harbor past wounds as though they are battle scars brutally caused by others. When in actuality they are scars inflicted by us to us, as punishment for not having the wisdom and foresight that we have now. 


In this meditation you've have the opportunity....

> To reconnect to the deepest parts of yourself

> To really see yourself as you were then, when you were hurt

> To give yourself the comfort, strength and support that you needed but never recieved

> To appreciate yourself for finding a why to survive throught that time or that moment

> Lastly, to forgive yourself for not knowing any better and vowing to BE BETTER from this point forward



This is quite possibly one fo the most powerful meditation practices that I've ever created or experienced and I hope you take the time to experience this for yourself. I not only believe that it has the potentional to drastically change the relationship you have with yourself but it can also drastically and positively change the relationship you have with everything and everyone else in your entire life!
